Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Important Note: No system can guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for unauthorized access to our servers and systems. Personal or protected health information shared is potentially public and may be accessed by others without your consent. Use our services at your own risk and ensure you maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

12. Children’s Privacy and Minor Users

Our site and services do not permit use by children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and avoid using plugins or advertising networks that do so. If we discover personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Generally, our services require users to be at least 18 years old.   • Commercial Information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
  • Biometric Information.
  • Internet or Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, interactions with websites, applications, or advertisements.
  • Geolocation Data.
  • Professional or Employment-Related Information.
  • Inferences: Derived from the above information to create user profiles reflecting preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behaviors, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. These profiles are not used for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects, as defined by the VCDPA.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: As detailed in Section 14.2.

14.2 Sensitive Personal Information

    1. (A) Social Security number, driver’s license number, state ID, or passport number;
    2. (B) Account login, financial account, debit or credit card number combined with security codes, passwords, or access credentials;
    3. (C) Precise geolocation;
    4. (D) Racial or ethnic origin, immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership;
    5. (E) Contents of mail, email, and text messages unless we are the intended recipient;
    6. (F) Genetic data.
  2. Biometric or Genetic Information Processing: For uniquely identifying a consumer.
  3. Health-Related Personal Information: Concerning a consumer’s health or diagnosis.
  4. Sexual Orientation or Sex Life Information: Concerning a consumer’s sex life or sexual orientation.
  5. Information from Known Children: Personal information collected from children.

We may collect and store certain sensitive personal information (e.g., account log-in, precise geolocation) to provide services, based on your interactions with our site, and with your consent. Additionally, we may store health information you provide to offer specific services.

We do not sell or share personal information of consumers known to be minors under 16 without affirmative authorization as required by Applicable Data Privacy Laws.

We do not sell or share your sensitive personal information.

Under Applicable Data Privacy Laws, you have the right to request:

  • Access to Your Personal Information: Up to two (2) times annually, you can request disclosure of specific information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months or beyond, starting October 1, 2024. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will provide details on:
    1. Categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you;
    2. Sources from which your personal information was collected;
    3. Business or commercial purposes for collecting your personal information;

  • Deletion of Your Personal Information: Up to two (2) times annually, you can request the deletion of your personal information collected from you. Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, we will delete your personal information from our records and instruct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

14.8 Exercising Your Access and Deletion Rights under Applicable Data Privacy Laws

To exercise your access and deletion rights, submit a request by:

You can request corrections to any inaccurate personal information about you. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct your inaccurate personal information in our records, unless it is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

14.10 Opting-out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, subject to certain exclusions under Applicable Data Privacy Laws. To opt-out:

14.13 Other Applicable Privacy Laws

  • California Civil Code Section 1798.83: Requires certain businesses to disclose policies regarding the sharing of specific categories of personal information with third parties. California residents can request information about our disclosures for direct marketing by emailing Law@law.law with “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line. Allow 30 days for a response.
  • California Business and Professions Code Section 22581: Allows California residents under 18 to request the removal of publicly posted content or information by emailing Law@law.law with “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line. Specify the sites or services, URLs, and the specific content or information to be removed.
  • Nevada SB 220: Nevada consumers can opt-out of the sale of their personal information by emailing Law@law.law with “Nevada Privacy Right” in the subject line. Additional verification may be required.

15. EU Privacy Rights

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION ONLY. Under European data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Request restriction of processing your personal information;
  • Request access to your personal information;
  • Request correction of your personal information;
  • Request erasure of your personal information;
  • Request transfer of your personal information;
  • Withdraw your consent.

Additionally, you can ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. We will inform you if we intend to use your personal information for such purposes or disclose it to third parties for these purposes before collecting your information.

16.⁠ ⁠Right to Change Website Address

We reserve the right to change the address of our website to any other at our discretion. In the event of a change in the website address, we will notify you by sending a message to your email address. All current advertising campaigns, promotions, or any services you have purchased related to the previous website will continue without interruption at the new address. Your rights and our obligations remain unchanged regardless of the change in domain name. By continuing to use our services after the change of the Site's address, you acknowledge and agree to such change.
