1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI Revolution. By accessing or using our web services and content ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms Of Use ("Terms"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised Terms on our website law.law. Your continued use of the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, please discontinue using the Service immediately. This agreement is binding whether or not you register for an account.

When using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. References to "you" include both your individual capacity and your role within any organization you represent.

Additionally, specific AI Revolution-operated services may have their own guidelines or rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Services

AI Revolution provides access to a variety of content and services, including but not limited to legal information, educational resources, internet search functionalities, marketing services, hosted websites, and business information across our network of properties.

Our Service may feature advertisements, which are essential for maintaining free access. For example, the law.law platform may integrate third-party search functionalities that include ads. Revenues obtained from advertisements placed on the Law.Law website are distributed between AI Revolution and third-party service providers based on their mutual agreement. AI Revolution reserves the right to independently determine the distribution of advertising revenues. In the absence of concluded agreements with service providers, AI Revolution has the right to retain the entire amount of advertising revenues at its discretion. All decisions regarding revenue distribution are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

AI Revolution is the owner and operator of the Law.Law website, as well as the primary recipient of advertising revenues. Third-party service providers are companies or individuals with whom AI Revolution enters into contracts to provide advertising services or other related services. AI Revolution is entitled to independently determine the portion of advertising revenues allocated to third-party service providers based on the agreements concluded with them. In the absence of official contracts or agreements with service providers, AI Revolution reserves the right to retain the entire amount of advertising revenues without any obligation to distribute them.

All decisions regarding the distribution of advertising revenues are made in strict accordance with current legislation, including, but not limited to, data protection laws and advertising regulations. AI Revolution commits to adhering to all applicable norms and standards when distributing advertising revenues and interacting with third-party service providers.

AI Revolution strives for maximum transparency in matters of advertising revenue distribution and provides reporting upon request by interested parties. Users and partners may request clarifications and reports on revenue distribution matters by sending inquiries via email to: Law@law.law.

AI Revolution reserves the right to place paid advertising in specially designated areas: header, bottom of each page of information output.

Communications from AI Revolution, including announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters, are integral to the membership and cannot be opted out of. We may also promote third-party benefits, but are not responsible for their products or services.

All new features or properties introduced to the Service are subject to these Terms. The Service is provided "AS-IS," and AI Revolution is not responsible for any delays, deletions, mis-deliveries, or failures to store user communications or settings. Users are responsible for any associated fees and the necessary equipment to access the Service.

We retain the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any actions taken in this regard.

3. Registration Requirements

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally eligible to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from accessing our services under applicable laws. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Account Security

Upon registering, you will input a password and receive an account identifier. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Notify AI Revolution immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches, and ensure you log out after each session. AI Revolution is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these security measures.

6. User Conduct

All content you post or transmit through the Service is your sole responsibility. AI Revolution does not monitor or control the content and is not liable for its accuracy or quality. By using the Service, you may encounter offensive or objectionable content. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.
  • Share content you do not have rights to or that infringes on others' rights.
  • Distribute malicious software or code.
  • Send unsolicited advertisements or spam.
  • Defame, harass, or violate others' legal rights.
  • Harm minors.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Manipulate data to disguise content origin.
  • Download content illegally.
  • Falsify or delete proper notices or attributions.
  • Restrict other users' use of public areas.
  • Disrupt the Service or associated networks.
  • Overburden our infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable laws.

AI Revolution may pre-screen or remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for evaluating and assuming all risks associated with using any content from the Service.

7. International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including regulations on the transmission of technical data from your country of residence or the United States.

8. Lawyer Directory Profile

Only a professional headshot without any text, branding, or additional objects is permitted for attorney profiles. Images containing text or other elements may be removed at AI Revolution’s discretion.

9. Content Submission

While AI Revolution does not claim ownership of content you submit, by making content available in publicly accessible areas, you grant AI Revolution a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content. Publicly accessible areas include the Law Firm Directory, Vendor Directory, AI Home Page.

The Service and its content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Do not act solely based on the information provided without consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AI Revolution and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. No Resale of Service

Reproducing, duplicating, selling, or exploiting any portion of the Service for commercial purposes is prohibited.

13. Use and Storage Practices

AI Revolution may implement general practices and limits on Service usage, such as content retention periods and access limits. We are not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any content. Accounts inactive for extended periods may be logged off or terminated.

14. Service Modifications

AI Revolution reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

15. Termination

AI Revolution may terminate your account and access to the Service under various circumstances, including violations of these Terms, requests by law enforcement, account deletions, service modifications, technical issues, or prolonged inactivity. Termination includes loss of access, deletion of account information, and barring further use. AI Revolution is not liable for any consequences of account termination.

16. Advertiser Interactions

Interactions with advertisers, including purchases or participation in promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser. AI Revolution is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these interactions.

Our Service may contain links to external websites. Use of these sites is subject to their own terms and conditions. AI Revolution is not responsible for the content or availability of external resources and does not endorse any linked sites.

18. Proprietary Rights

The Service and associated software ("Software") contain proprietary information protected by intellectual property laws. Content from advertisements or information providers is also protected. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for accessing the Service. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of the Software or Service content is prohibited.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
  • AI Revolution does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any material downloaded is at your own risk.
  • No warranties are created by any advice or information obtained through the Service.

20. Limitation of Liability

AI Revolution is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

23. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights or benefits to third parties.

AI Revolution may communicate notices regarding these Terms via email, regular mail, or postings on the Service.

25. Trademarks

"LAW.LAW" and the AI Revolution logo are trademarks of AI Revolution Inc. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact AI Revolution's Copyright Agent with the following:

  1. Signature of the authorized person.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work.
  3. Location of the infringing material on the site.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. Statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  6. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

27. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and AI Revolution, superseding any prior agreements.

Choice of Law and Forum: Governed by the laws of Los Angeles County, California, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County, California.

Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or we may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, necessary to protect the rights or property of you or AI Revolution (or its agents, suppliers, and subcontractors) pending the completion of arbitration.

Waiver and Severability: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights. If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

Non-Transferability: Your account and rights terminate upon death and are non-transferable. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

Statute of Limitations: Claims must be filed within one year of the cause of action.

28.⁠ ⁠Right to Change Website Address

We reserve the right to change the address of our website ("Site") to any other at our discretion at any time. In the event of a change in the Site's address, we will notify you by sending a message to your email address provided during registration. All existing advertising campaigns, promotions, or any services you have purchased related to the previous Site will continue without interruption at the new Site address. Your rights and our obligations remain unchanged regardless of the change in domain name. By continuing to use our services after the change of the Site's address, you acknowledge and agree to such change.</p. <br>

28.1 SMS Messaging Program

AI Revolution operating Law.Law may send recurring SMS communications related to account activity, profile claiming, profile management, marketplace alerts, listing activity, registration confirmations, service notifications, and other business-related communications.

By registering an account, claiming a business profile, submitting your business contact information, participating in the Law.Law marketplace, texting START, JOIN, or CLAIM, or otherwise providing your mobile phone number to Law.Law, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS communications from Law.Law.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at Law@law.law.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.

29. Reporting Violations

Report any violations of these Terms to our Terms of Service Group at law@law.law.

30. Refund and Return Policy

AI Revolution LLC, the company managing the Law.Law platform, is committed to providing high-quality services to meet our clients' expectations. If you are not satisfied with our service, please review our refund policy below:

Refund Conditions

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if permitted by California state law. Otherwise, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
  • Non-Eligible Services: Refunds are not provided for services that have been fully utilized.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Submit your refund request through our contact page.
  2. Processing: All refunds are processed through the Stripe platform in accordance with their refund policy.
  3. Refund Timeline: Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after the request is approved.
